Esanum is a platform for German-speaking experts, created by doctors for doctors, on which hundreds of specialists can communicate together. Here can be held discussions, and given remarks on different cases from medical practice as well as opinions on medicaments, equipment, and therapies can be presented. This website is completely for free for its users, but it is accessible only for approved doctors. After registration and authorization experts can prepare their own notes and reports, which treat on their experiences, observations, and ask others about their opinions. Other users can answer these questions by comments. They can also give marks using a five-point system, which assesses usefulness of presented notes for the doctors\' community.
